A strong and beautiful person...

Warm, loving and caring

   Sensitive, sharing and giving

Pure at heart, never to deceive

   Insightful and

      full of encouragement

for me, and everyone else.

The love of a saint,

so precious

   and so dear to heart...

      is my Daughter.

Always amazing me,

   with profound thoughts and words

her courage and strength

   always and evermore

One day with beautiful long hair

   two months later

      an awesome new, short style!

She was not afraid

   I would be;  I am proud...

She encourages me,

   Inspires me.

Then in one moment of despair,

   she says, "Life is too short to cry."

She picks herself up

   and moves on.

It is not always the parent

   who shows and teaches...

Sometimes it is the child

   the beautiful, wondrous child

     who brings the Faith.
